Mr Walter Frederick Morris was admitted as a solicitor in 1936. He founded the firm,  originally known as W.F. Morris & Co and which became Morris, Scott & Co following the commencement of the partnership between Mr Morris and Mr J.D. Scott.

The current Senior Partner, Mr Ian Richards, was admitted as a solicitor in 1980. Mrs Andrea Rohr was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 and joined the practice in 1990 becoming a  partner in 1992.

As well as providing general legal services we specialise in personal injury, criminal defence, matrimonial, general litigation, conveyancing and wills and probate. All cases are handled by qualified solicitors.
